Civilian Challenge

The Gulf Coast Police Motorcycle Skills Championships, which consist of representatives from the Baton Rouge Police Department, East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police, Louisiana State University Police, Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Gonzales Police Department, Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, will be hosting the 6th Annual Civilian Motorcycle Training Seminar.

Participants will receive hands on instruction from over 20 certified Harley Davidson / Northwestern University Instructors. Upon completion of the training participants are ensured to gain a better knowledge to become a safer and more confident motorcycle operator. After the seminar participants will have the option to participate in a competition designed to simulate maneuvers and emergency situations which motorcyclist may be faced with while on the roadway.
